My job is simple: Launch products. I manage the success of my teams and being from the startup world, lean and agile is simply how I breathe.
I grew an open source startup from a 15k crowdfund to a 1.2m seed in a year, with a corporate buyback five years later at 6m giving my investors a 5x return. Along the way, I bootstrapped the company by signing high profile clients, migrating them from outdated PHP solutions and breathing new life into their product via a modern social/web experience.
Our SaaS platform NodeBB is a lightning-fast, websocket-powered Single-Page Application (SPA) with a battle-tested RESTful API. This robust architecture has made it the foundational platform for a wide range of clients from fintech to government agencies.
My design principles are rooted in Jakob Nielsen's philosophy of usability (Nielsen/Norman Group). I also particularly like blending Scandinavian minimalism with modern utility in my work. I model my management style after James Dyson, a brilliant designer in his own right.

Co-founded and developed NodeBB, a leading open-source forum platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. I played a key role in acquiring and developing enterprise clients such as Amazon, Expedia, Bethesda, Ubisoft, DBS Bank, T-Mobile, and Moz.
